We are American Classic Tattoo and Body Piercing, a full service tattoo and piercing shop in Athens, GA. We have an artist to meet your needs, no matter how large or small. We feature the art work of Mark Bray, Brian Kindamo, and Erik van Ophuijsen. We feature Josh Smith and Mark Bray as our resident body piercing specialists. We offer a friendly atmosphere and sterile, clinical environment for the correct and clean application of your tattoo, and or body piercing. Your design or ours, the choice is yours. We also carry thousands of flash designs to help you find that perfect image, or custom lettering. All of our artists are ready to help you in the creation of your custom tattoo design from drawing to application.

Tattoo Safety

We strive to inform and educate you throughout the experience, giving frank, honest and insightful answers based on our years of experience and specialized training. All of our work is guaranteed and we offer a free touch-up on all of our properly healed and maintained tattoos, to keep your work looking like new. All of our equipment is autoclave sterilized. All needles are single use, pre-sterilized, and individually factory packaged for your safety and health, as well as ours. We can also provide latex free gloves for those who experience latex allergies. We have been serving the Athens tattoo and piercing community with over 20 years of combined experience. Your tattoo or body piercing is just as important to us as it is to you.

Pricing

All of our piercing prices include jewelry. Our shop minimum is $40. We do not give tattoo prices over the phone. Tattoos are as varied and detailed as the people who wear them, but all our estimates are free. Come in and visit with us for a consultation regarding your design or to set up an appointment with your favorite artist. Some tattoos may require a few extra days and a small deposit for us to refine your ideas into your perfect design. All deposits are applied to the overall price of your tattoo, as there is no extra charge to get the design you want.

We are located at 1035 Baxter St. in Athens GA. Our business hours are Monday thru Saturday from 12 noon til 10 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
